2 Months Old Today and other updates

Well, we now have a little more time and decided to post some pictures again. First we will begin with some pictures from the blessing of our princess Haley.

These are the girls! Grandmas, Mom and Haley.

Here are the guys whose hearts have been melted by this little girl. Grandpas and DadAfter the blessing we had a luncheon at Benjamin's parents' house. While Laura's mom was holding Haley, she somehow got a hold of Benjamin's finger. She chewed on it for a long time. No sucking, just knawing on him until his finger hurt!Here is a picture of the happy girl just after she had a bath.

Haley loves her Dad and her Dad loves her.

Just because she is a Mom does not mean that Laura can run on no sleep! Benjamin caught her snuggled up in bed with Haley and took a picture without either of them knowing. This next picture is of Haley sleeping again. Even in her sleep you can tell that she is always thinking...

We also had some friends over for dinner. It was nice to see them all and let them see Haley. Wes and Clint were the first to meet Haley in the hospital after Laura was moved into the recovery room(Cathy visited just after the delivery). It was fun for them to see her again. John met Haley for the first time and loved holding her after dinner.

General Conference was last weekend. We spent Saturday listening to conference while cutting up the meat from Benjamin's Elk(Elk pictures to follow). Well, that isn't entirely true... Benjamin cut up meat while Laura played with Haley. Benjamin couldn't get her near the elk quarters. On Sunday, the Thomas clan all got together for the afternoon session after a fabulous lunch(We say fabulous because it wasn't only good, but we ended up not bringing anything either. Free food!). Most of the family ended up on the floor on a blanket covered in legos making all kinds of masterpieces. Terry and Cathy took turns holding Haley.

Now for the elk. Benjamin shot a bull elk with two arrows to be the first archery kill in the Thomas family. There is a picture permanently posted on the right soon after he tracked it. Here are some other awesome pictures we thought you might like to see...

As you can see it was pretty big and we are all pretty proud. Notice in one Rufus is checking him out. For those of you who don't know, Rufus is a boxer/black lab mix. He doesn't usually seem that small!

We thought we would end this post with a before and after picture of Haley. It is weird to realize how much she has changed in so little time. We are blown away that today she is two months old! Maybe you will be blown away by the changes too!
